School locker locks by Master Lock - built-in and exterior combination padlocks for steel lockers and wood locker doors

NOTE: In order to change the combinations, obtain the control key and chart showing combinations possible for each lock.
Installation Instructions
1630 - 1631 - 1654 - 1655 - 1670 - 1671
IMPORTANT- Master 1630 - 1654 - 1670 are for locker doors hinged on right as you face door. Master 1631 - 1655 - 1671 are for left hinged doors. Install locks with serial numbers in consecutive order-start with shipping case No. 1. The outside of each shipping case shows range of serial numbers in it. Individual locks are packed in numerical order. CAUTION: Front and back parts of locks must be installed paired as received, Mismatched pieces will not allow lock to function properly. TO INSTALLER: Locking nuts are packed separately in a plastic bag containing sufficient nuts for all locks in each shipping case. After locker numbers have been written on combination tags, deliver tags to office of locker administrator so master chart can be completed. NOTE: Master keys and charts have been sent separately by UPS registered mail.

	Before separating front and back assemblies, remove combination tag and write locker number in area designated. This is important!
	Set dial at "0" at red marker. This setting aligns interior parts for easy assembly.
	With dial on "0" at red marker, separate knob assembly from case assembly. DO NOT interchange knob assembly from one lock with case assembly from another.
	With one hand, line up two holes in case assembly, with screw holes on inside of locker
	With other hand, insert knob assembly (with red dial marker up and dial at "0") through holes on locker door into case assembly. If units do not fit together flush, turn knob until unit drops into position.
	Place locking nuts on screw bolts and tighten. Lock is now ready to operate on original combination. WARNING: If electric socket wrench is used, do not exert excessive pressure.
